I stopped buying. How can I cancel my order?

Products can be returned in coordination with the store office before opening the original package. Please contact the store office by phone or e-mail to return the received goods within 24 hours from the date of delivery to coordinate the return of the goods. Requests submitted after 24 hours from the date of delivery will not be processed. Also in these cases, the cost of sending  and returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. Also, if the goods were sold with the gift, it is necessary to return the gift with it.

Also, the original carton and all the necessities and accessories are required to return the goods without any changes. We apologize for returning the product if the carton or the original packaging is damaged. In case of cancellation of the purchase after ordering and before delivery, immediately notify the top pet shop by phone or email. In case of cancellation after sending the goods, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please note that any change in the original condition of the goods, even in the packaging, will eliminate the possibility of using this service.
