Does the purchased product have a warranty?

Please contact the store office by phone or e-mail to return the received goods within 24 hours from the date of delivery to coordinate the return of the goods. Requests submitted after 24 hours from the date of delivery will not be processed. Also in these cases, the cost of sending  and returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. Also, if the goods were sold with the gift, it is necessary to return the gift with it.

We apologize for returning the product if the carton or the original packaging is damaged. In case of cancellation of the purchase after ordering and before delivery, immediately notify the top pet shop by phone or email. In case of cancellation after sending the goods, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. What if the purchased product is different in terms of specifications or appearance from the website information?
